Mission

Our first question to each one who asks for our time and counsel is:

“If you had more money than you need, would the world be a better place or a worse place?”

When they say “Better” we ask:

“What would you do to make it better?”

Then we say:

“Let’s put it on a plan and a budget.”

This process produces “Mission Driven” intent with a budget. Thereafter, they loose themselves in the Mission.

Suddenly money makes sense.

Our approach to dealing with people is:

  1. Identify talent
  2. Give them the opportunity to exercise it to mutual benefit
  3. Share the results openly equitably.
  4. Praise generously

Our life strategy is:

  • Push people up.
  • Share like God shares.
